Gain hands-on experience playing jazz in a small-group setting. Jazz Combo gives students the opportunity to develop their ensemble playing, improvisation, communication, and overall musicianship while rehearsing and performing alongside other musicians.

With a small ensemble of approximately eight students, the program provides an engaging environment for musicians to learn how to listen, interact, and perform together as a jazz group. The semester includes ten rehearsals and one performance.
